    • About 470 commits in three full-time weeks (October 2026): 297 of 894 in the main repository (Hono, Cloudflare Workers, Postgres), 157 of 750 in the Electron desktop app, plus the pitch deck and kobe-eve.
    • Co-developed a six-stage agent pipeline in Python (Claude Agent SDK, about 20k lines) with full agent tracing and a debug dashboard.
    • Wrote a 15k-line architecture handbook across 72 repositories in two days; it surfaced a probable live bug in the LinkedIn session handling.

    • Integrated a new booking provider (Belbo) as a full 13-method driver: about 9,150 lines, 2,497 tests passing, wired through onboarding and dashboard.
    • Built a simulation dashboard in which GPT-4o-mini plays the caller against the live voice agent; restructured the test suite from 67 to 267 atomic cases.
    • Verified a “regulars only” booking gate against an independent Python re-implementation on 3,200 result sets before shipping: zero deviations.
